of Energy’s Office of Science, Office of Biological
and Environmental Research announces the opening of
a permanent Federal position to manage basic
research in the natural sciences leading to new and
improved understanding of environmental
consequences of energy production and use. A
specific research focus is the development,
implementation, and operation of long-term
ecological experiments. This position is
involved in conceiving, planning, initiating, and
managing environmental sciences research essential
to fulfilling DOE's mission. The position is
open as a GS-13, GS-14 or GS-15.
