My comments, excerpted from an event sponsored by the Global Water Partnership, Stakeholders Forum, and the Stockholm International Water Institute. My footage is between about 0:32:30 and 0:38:30. This video does not appear to work with the Safari browser unless you have the Flip4Mac or Silverlight plugins, though it does seem to function quite adequately with Explorer or Firefox (both Mac and Windows versions).
